Moderate dessert win

Thanks to nekura_ca, I was able to try out my idea for red tea ice cream. Results were decent, I have a couple notes on things to improve, and I'm now considering buying an inexpensive ice cream maker.

The thing that would really convince me to get one is a reason to use the thing regularly, like unusual flavors- appetizing or otherwise. Suggestions are welcome if you've got 'em.

Oh, and I need to find something attractive to serve/display my creations in. I was thinking of something like a martini glass since it's clear and a single scoop would fit perfectly.
