Oy Hezmana...

I worked my upper body at the gym today, and will really be feeling it tomorrow.
I decided that the best way to get started with the whole fitness thing was hiring a personal trainer to teach me what I should do. He has been helpful and positive so far, and I look forward to meeting with him. I started last Thursday, worked out on my own Sunday, met with the trainer tonight, and will be going back again this Thursday.
The intersting part is that I can't say I feel sore from the experience. It's definitely similar to being sore, but it feels good on some level.
I also need to make an icon to indicate that I feel exhausted. That shouldn't be too hard if I can pick out the right colors and get the eyelids placed correctly.

Date: 2005-09-21 01:32 pm (UTC)I know that feeling well. I actually wish I'd be a bit more sore cuz then I'd think I was doing more good, but at least I often feel like I've done *something*.
Hm...I dunno what color I'd pick for exhausted o.0

Blue doesn't seem to work very well, but I do have some other icons now. I'd display them in their original format, but I need to set up some webspace for that first and other people would need to install Adobe's SVG plugin.

Heh! Those work. Tho only thing is...are there eyes on the confused one? o.0

Date: 2005-09-22 11:24 pm (UTC)I was also really lucky when leaving on Tuesday night and saw a nice looking guy a short distance in front of me. He wasn't huge, but you could see a decent amount of definition through his tight, white shirt. The best part was that his car was in the same part of the parking lot as mine, so I had a nice view as I walked to my car.
A trainer probably would help you start making progress again.
The confused one has eyes. They just don't show up at lower resolutions, which I didn't notice until I saw the thumbnail version. I'll have to correct that.
