Reload page in style: site light

Since I'm building a prototype website, I decided to make a simple game to test my skill with Javascript. Clicking a tile changes its color and the colors of the adjacent tiles. The objective is to make all of tiles blue, but I haven't played with it enough to see if it's actually possible.
