When I first saw it, I thought it needed to be in motion, and that an icon would be the easiest way to do that.
Since there are so many comments on the post where you first saw the icon, I'll make sure to ask Vince for you just in case.
I hope you can think of a good gift, and try drawing anyway. You may feel you suck now, but that could change with practice.
