Today went really well. I got some of the newer Transformers figures and I felt bigger and stronger after my trip to the gym.

Waspinator's rewritten bio suits him perfectly, the Transmutate figure looks pretty good so far, the Scion xB was a perfect choice for Skids, Prowl has a few flaws (One arm tends to pop off during transformation and I can't get the engine back under the hood properly), and Sunstreaker looks decent even if the mold has seen better days.

I also had to take a bit of time and reflect on what happened twenty years ago. I was home sick from school that day, and my father, who was also sick, thought that it would help me feel better if he let me watch the shuttle launch. Boy was he wrong.

The entire mess could have been avoided if NASA officials had listened to the engineers and put safety before publicity.

I get to deal with relatives tomorrow, so I should probably get some extra rest while I can.

Dude, now THAT would be a useful feature. They need to get that going.

That's interesting. I just feel like OW if things go well at the gym XD It isn't until the next day that I feel "bulkier"...

I would wager Alt doors are lighter and less likely to fall off than BT doors. And I've noticed Wheeljack's doors fall off WAY more often than Grimmy's.

Heh, I should stop scrutinizing Prowl's engine space then, cuz it looks like it should fit, doesn't it?

It was supposedly working at one time, but I can't find the reason it was shut down.

For me, the soreness comes later.

Door weight is probably a factor, and the joint will get a bit weaker every time it pops off. Wheeljack's door issues are probably because he's a repaint and the mold is showing signs of wear.

It does look like it should fit, and the directions show how to put it back, but the hood doesn't close.

Might be in the FAQ somewhere.

Well, there's soreness too...

Yeah, I know...they should've made it a full hinge instead of just a clip. I've heard some people read you were originally intended to remove the doors totally.

Yeah...I also always forget which way the fists need to be rotated first, in ALL the molds, really.

Either that or it's in their news archives.

Thankfully, the results are worth it.

It might have been designed that way to keep it from breaking. I'd rather have to reattach a piece that popped of than repair or replace pieces that break.

Fist positions are tricky with these molds, and having arms that fold and rotate in so many ways doesn't help.
