Thanks to the people I've encountered online, particularly
codyvfrost, I'm actually considering visiting the fitness center at my workplace. (Curse you! Curse you all!!) I can feel fat creeping onto my frame, and I don't like it at all. Besides, it would be kind of cool to have a bit of muscle, even if I am still short. It might even help me look less like a teenager (I'm 26 and still look 15 or so).
The only problem with the fitness thing is making sure my grandmother doesn't find out. Apparently, she suggested I start going to the gym. That's where the problem starts. If she finds out, she will take it as a cue to meddle more. Few things are less enjoyable than hearing someone say that you need to be the opposite of who you are in order to "improve" yourself.
