When I checked my work email today, I found an interesting message. Apparently, my company's training system signed me up for a class on testing methodologies. This means that I will be in Chicago from January 31st to February 1st at my company's expense.
The dates do fall kind of close to my birthday and when I'm scheduled to be on my next project, but I think I can make that work to my advantage.
I also haven't been on a plane in ages and normally hate travelling alone, so this should be an adventure.

It will also give me time to think of an appropriate way to show my appreciation for your presence. I'm thinking art (It will have to be a really good idea and one of the best things I will ever make, but it would be worth the effort) or doing something with you (It may not be possible since you'll have a dealer table, but I could probably come up with something weird and spontaneous).
