Well, that was weird

My personal training session this evening could have gone better. For some reason I was having trouble gripping things, dumbells in particular. I could do things like the bench press and standing row just fine, but when I started doing things walking lunges, I couldn't hold on to the weights for very long and it impeded my progress with those exercises. My personal trainer seemed disappointed to me, and I definitely was; although, he tried not to show it and modified the workout a bit to compensate and had me work my abs extra hard.
