You know, I always feel weird replying to posts when I'm mentioned in 'em ;-p
I don't think the torso is that bad, like you said it's the exaggerated look, and that's a REALLY difficult pose for me to draw so I don't have too many tips. The muscles of the arms might be a bit...blocky, for lack of a better term. Like they could be a little stringier, than just bulgy. Also, maybe the hands could be a touch larger...it's a tough trade off between small hands emphasizing the tall lanky look, vs that larger extremities look more athletic and stable, so it's just a suggestion.
Colorwise, I think things vary a lot per screen, but he looks a touch too pure yellow, which sometimes gets greenish on screen. Maybe a little more orange?
The surnames with the....uh...whatchamacallit slash-O deal are distinctive, but do realize if anyone else references your character they'll probably misspell that ;-) Somehow Bergstrom seems to flow best with his name, but I can't really explain why and I dunno if gut instincts are a good reason ;-) Also, I tend to ensure the full name sounds as good with the contracted name (ie Jake Packard vs Jacob Packard) and I like Bergstrom assuming his full name IS Daniel.
