Oh yeah, I have one of those journaly things

Work has kept me busy since around Christmas. I even gave up some days off during the holiday to get some emergency code out the door on time, which set back two of my goals a bit. Production release of the code ended up being delayed, too.

I actually have a nice to do list for this year.

Buy a house or condo. I found a few places that look good, but haven't had the time to do much research on them. Choosing between a house or condo has been an interesting dilemma as well, but at least I have a somewhat clear idea of what I want, and the market is supposed to be in my favor right now.

Buy a new car. My current lease is up in June or July, and I'm thinking of buying a hybrid. I've been hearing good things about the Fusion hybrid, and I should be able to get a good price even if I have to lease one.

Get abs by the time I turn 30 Anthrocon. Somehow, I doubt my original goal can be accomplished with less than two weeks left.

D'OH! That reminds me of another thing I've forgotten to do- get a room for AC.

Been considering a new car myself, but mine was paid off, and I didn't want to have to restart AND deal with the new mortgage...
Good luck househunting. It SUXX0rz.

How close are you, if not two weeks? Taken bodyfat % measures lately?

Two of the reasons I want to buy a car this time around are that I won't have to get a new one every few years and the payments will eventually stop.

For me, the hardest part is reconciling what I want, what I need, and what I can afford. So far, condo and nice kitchen are mutually exclusive.

My bodyfat has been hovering at about 10% since the holidays. It's just low enough to have a slimmer waist and flatter stomach without having much definition.
