No kitty for me, Windows Vista is the tool of the devil, and diet stuff
I learned today that my sister's friends lost all of their kittens. Apparently, the weather turned cold, the mother stopped producing milk, and hand-feeding didn't work. :(
Last week I got my first chance to really use Windows Vista. My grandmother got a new PC with it installed, and was having a rough time with the thing. It's filled with weird, arbitrary changes, slow eye candy, and a frustrating veneer of security. If I had known she was getting one I'd have made sure it had XP or steered her toward a Mac. Oh well, I guess there's always trying to get a downgrade out of the manufacturer.

Cook in ½ tbsp. extra virgin coconut oil - 2 pieces sprouted bread on high-carb days, mixed bell peppers and
onions(Strike that ingredient. I hate onions) on low carb days

Alternate high-carb and low carb days.
So far, it's gone well, and I should start seeing big results in the next week or two. The biggest trouble I've had is work tempting me with thing like cake, cookies, bagels, donuts, and pizza. Oh, and I'm having dreams about sweets now.
