A dozen minus two things

Dang, I thought I was too fast to get tagged.
Rules: Each player of this game starts off with 10 weird things/habits/little known facts about yourself. People who get tagged need to write a blog of their own 10 weird habits/things/little known facts as well as state this rule clearly. At the end you need to choose 10 people to be tagged and list their names. No tagbacks.
- I'm very afraid of needles. When I had both of my wisdom teeth removed, I was so nervous they had to gas me before putting in the IV.
- Speaking of wisdom teeth, I only had two of them. They never developed in my upper jaw.
- I hate when my hands, especially my fingertips, are dirty. My aunt made fun of me for this at Christmas when I was trying to help clean up the leftover turkey.
- When I was little (five or six at the most) I got hold of some hard candy, despite my parents not wanting me to have any, and nearly choked on it. Ever since then, I've had a very hard time swallowing pills because doing so reminds me of that incident.
- Other than circus peanuts, I've never liked banana-flavored foods, yet I love bananas themselves.
- I once told a teacher that I didn't acknowledge her authority when she tried to punish me for something I didn't do. I don't even remember what I supposedly did any more, just that it was my word against a female classmate's.
- I played the flute in elementary school. I actually wanted the saxamaphone, but I made the mistake of telling my orthodontist, and he vetoed the idea by claiming instruments with reeds would mess up my teeth even more. Budget cuts put an end to that the following year.
- I habitually munch on uncooked spaghetti.
- I've held a baby alligator. (Running out of stuff here. Can you tell?)
- When eating bread, I usually save the crust for last since I like its texture and flavor.
