Work and the gym have kept me just busy enough to suck out my desire to post.

The comics I've been reading have been pretty good. Ultimate X-Men put a twist on the Morlocks (I don't like how the current artist draws faces), the main X-Men books have a b-story with potential (Beast is trying to undo M-Day and is getting desperate for answers), the Star Trek: Klingons series really is more than two issues long, and I've finally read Circles.

My scanner seems to have rebelled, so I can't scan any of the sketches & badges I got at AC. Oh well, I still need to find my camera's USB cable so I can transfer a picture of the shirt I made.

One of my sister's friends was able to buy me a Wii, which I should be able to pick up today or tomorrow. Finding the time to do so will be tricky, what with the gym and the last Harry Potter book, but I'll find a way.

Speaking of the gym, I got a nice ego boost yesterday. While doing barbell curls, I noticed that I had veins bulging on my forearms.

I also learned that I forgot one thing when I moved- flashlights. The power went out one night, for no discernable reason, and I discovered that my apartment is incredibly dark when that happens.

Apparently, the new season of Ben 10 has already started.

Now, back to reading book 7. I'm on page 287, and it's been good so far.

Stopping only for food, the gym (like I'm going to miss leg day), and necessary sleep, I'm finally done with book 7.

Some of my theories were right, including one that came to me while waiting in line to pick up my copy, and I'll admit that a few were obvious or playing the odds. For the spoilerphobes, I won't mention them just yet. A second reading may be in order, though, since I think I missed a few things.

Overall, it was a good read (and fast, just like the others) with a few rough spots. JK Rowling packed a lot of references to the previous books into this thing. Unfortunately for the directors of the last two films, some of those references are important and about stuff that got cut from the first five movies.
