Paczki Day

Today is Paczki Day, a tradition started by Polish immigrants.

What is a Paczki you ask? It's basically a polish donut, traditionally prepared on Fat Tuesday.

Oh, wow, those things look yummy, especially with marmalade filling and orange zest glaze, mmm. It's a good thing they're not available here.
